• Export customs declaration and documentation
• Ocean freight or air freight booking
• Import customs clearance at destination
• Final mile delivery to your office or warehouse
We operate on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning we absorb the shipping complexity and you simply receive the goods. We also support FOB Ningbo/Shanghai if you prefer to use your own freight agent.

Our quality process:
• Incoming material check: Verify speaker drivers, batteries, and Bluetooth modules against specifications
• In-line inspection: Monitor assembly and soldering during production
• Pre-shipment inspection (PSI): Full functional testing, cosmetic check, and packaging verification for every order
• Golden sample comparison: Ensure bulk production matches the sample you approved
If units fail inspection, we reject them at the factory level and arrange replacements—so you never receive defective inventory.
